This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and how it is protected when using the Kelime Oyunu Bot ("Bot") service. By using the bot, you are deemed to have accepted this policy.

The bot only stores the minimum technical data mandatory to provide its service:

3. Data Not Collected
The bot strictly does not collect or process the following data:
- Message contents (except command messages)

- Location data
- Any personal data shared with third parties
4. Data Security
All data is stored encrypted in a secure database. Only the authorized developer can access the data. If any security breach is detected, affected users will be notified via the support server.
5. Data Sharing
Collected data is under no circumstances sold, rented, or shared for commercial purposes with third parties. Data is solely used for the operation of the bot.
6. Right to Data Deletion
Users can request the deletion of their own data at any time. To do this, you can make a request by joining our Support Server. Requests are processed within a maximum of 7 business days.
When the bot is removed from a Discord server, the configuration data for that server is automatically deleted.
7. Children's Privacy
The bot is intended for users who have accepted Discord's own terms of service. Discord's policies towards users under the age of 13 also apply to the bot.
8. Cookies
The kelimeoyunu.fun website uses only technical cookies for basic functionality. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
